At Rapid Regeneration, we stand behind the quality of our supplement stacks and physical therapy plans. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The product arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong product

You are unsatisfied with your initial results and have followed the recommended usage instructions
To be eligible, your item must be unused or only lightly used, and in the original packaging (when possible). Refunds are not guaranteed for fully consumed products unless there's a clear issue.
How to request a refund:

Once approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Non-Refundable Items

Digital physical therapy plans (once accessed or downloaded)

Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

Orders beyond the 30-day refund window
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us directly.
